“SPLENDID ISOLATION” IN PUTIN’S STYLE (PART – 1)
march 7 2007 - 11:45 (Public Center for Monitoring and Strategic Analysis)

Through thorns… to the victory! The expression “splendid isolation” does not pertain to the Russian president. His imagination as well as “erudition” does not surpass the boundaries of problems regarding clearing Russian territory of Chechen terrorists, derogative attitude towards Byelorussian president as well as circumcision of the dissenting mass media. Expression under issue appeared and was promoted by the politics residing in 18th – 19th centuries Great Britain. As always was said in England: there are no eternal friends nor eternal enemies, but eternal interests. Except Russia, it was a great privilege and honor for every country to be on friendly terms with London. That is why it was easy for England   to choose for an ally the country gratifying her own interests and showing obedience. As for Putin, he managed successfully to isolate hermetically his country from the international arena. Seeking friendship with Russia became impossible. Though, availability of some devoted allies cannot influence the politics of the self – respected country where the representatives of separatist and criminal regimes do not pay much attention to them. “TELL ME WHO YOUR FRIEND IS…” I mean the so – called “trans-dniester moldovan republic” – the poky hole collecting money from drug trafficking and illegal military equipment, armament, trading and smuggling. Tiraspol also...

GEOPOLITICS OF ISLAM. IRANIAN PHENOMENON (Part III)
august 15 2006 - 11:56 (Public Center for Monitoring and Strategic Analysis)

Steagul IranuluiIRANIAN NUCLEAR PROJECT: REAL OR IMAGINARY DANGER? (See part II) Nuclear club extended its boundaries going far beyond the question of all reasonable expectations during the last few decades of the 20th century. The permanent peacekeeping organ of the United Nations is composed of five permanent members: USA, USSR (Russia) China, France and Great Britain which came into possession of the nuclear weapons during the first decades after the Second World War. Israel [1] as well as The Republic of South Africa (The Republic of South Africa refused manufacturing nuclear weapons of its own free will after the collapse of the apartheid regime) could be also added to the list of the countries having access to the nuclear weapons. India became the club “member” later on and firmly did not want to cross the “nuclear threshold” [2] together with its eternal enemy - the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Many countries did not sign the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). Such countries are on their way to use and manufacture the nuclear weapon. The number of the countries having access to the battlefield support missiles, cruise missiles, intermediate range missiles, heavy bombardment aircraft and other means delivering nuclear weapons to the target is much greater than it...

GEOPOLITICS OF ISLAM. IRANIAN PHENOMENON (Part II)
july 18 2006 - 12:51 (md.altermedia.info)

IRAN’S GEOPOLITICAL PRETENSIONS (see part I...) Historically Iran has been a dominant regional power. If you delve deeper into the history you will see Achaeminid Persia hegemony over the old Oikumene stretches a long way back into antiquity (limits of the world known by people in antiquity). Persia's Achaeminid Empire flourished between 550 and 331 B.C. The empire originated with Cyrus the Great (559-530 B.C.) and expanded under his successors, who ruled from the royal capitals of Susa and Persepolis, until at its peak it stretched from the Indus Valley to Greece and from the Caspian Sea to Egypt. The Achaeminids acted as a bridge between the earlier Near Eastern cultures and the later Classical world of the Mediterranean and had a profound influence on Greece in political, military, economic, and cultural fields. Iran Medieval period involves a succession of several more empires dominating the region geopolitical arena. At its greatest extent, Persia included many western regions of present day Afghanistan, Pakistan as well as the territories of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, besides, the territories of Iran, Iraq, the north Azerbaijan, and Armenia, eastern and southern parts of Georgia. Persia transformation into a semi-colony began at the end of the nineteenth century when Russia and the Great Britain had the same interests as Persia. Present day Iranian landmark boundaries were defined during that very period of time. The country was divided...

GEOPOLITICS OF ISLAM. IRANIAN PHENOMENON (Part I)
july 15 2006 - 15:24 (md.altermedia.info)

IranModern Agencies disseminating public information are overfilled in the full sense of the word by the flow of information coming out of Iran on the part of the great powers posing a direct challenge to Tehran; one information more contradictory than the other. People fear and expect a new war outbreak. Wars in Afghanistan and Vietnam look like a child's play and are nothing in comparison with the new war outbreak distinguished by its ferocity going far beyond the question of all reasonable expectations. The conflict under discussion has roots that go back thirty years. Near East as well as the Middle East unfolded events generated their ultimate geopolitical and confessional seism giving impulse to the beginning of the new era in human history. Iranian revolution of 1977-1978 is to be blamed. Unlike many other revolutions notable for the events of utmost importance the one under discussion is more confessional than the social directed against globalization. Cataclysm of the revolution under discussion has been directed against the society occidental by origin. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND The first anti global revolution broke out in spring of 1968 when millions of west – European as well as American young people invaded the streets of the great occidental metropolises with purpose to express the protest against “popular...

LIBERAL FEUDALISM OR EUROPE TERRITORIAL CHANGES FROM NATION STATES TO ESTATES (Part II)
june 27 2006 - 20:19 (md.altermedia.info)

Germania, BavariaCASE STUDY – 1: BAVARIA (See part I) Everybody knows that Germany is a federative republic subdivided into Länder (federal States) and city-states. The majority of them (until unification of Germany in 1871) existed as independent states. Their state borders as well administrative ones within the federal subjects of Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) were near to what they are today. Bavaria occupies a certain place in the space of administrative subdivision. It is the biggest and the best developed German federal Länder. Bavaria was a semi-independent kingdom in the framework of the second Reich (in the period of 1871-1918).Wittelsbach, German dynasty continued to rule Bavaria preserving even its own military forces [1]. Bavaria occupies a special and at the same time different from other states statute even in present day FRG: Bavaria is the only Länder which managed to preserve (symbolically so far) placards bearing the inscription stating about the Free State of Bavaria to mark the administrative border. The Landtag (regional parliament) of Bavaria is the only German parliament preserving its bicameral structure. Christian – Social Party remained in power in 1949 (proclamation of the Federal Republic of Germany). Christian – social party preserves sternly...

LIBERAL FEUDALISM OR EUROPE TERRITORIAL CHANGES FROM NATION STATES TO ESTATES (Part I)
june 19 2006 - 18:20 (md.altermedia.info)

Serbia-MuntenegruA notable event occurred on the 21st of May, 2006. The effects of this event will echo for years into the future not only in the mind of people from Old Europe but also in the mind of people from the whole world wide. Referendum in Montenegro (The Former Yugoslav Republic, later on the subject of the Serbia-Montenegro union (actually confederation)) is the most questionable and provocative of course. It is not easy (to my mind) to reveal the negative effects of the event under discussion because “divorce” of Serbia and Montenegro put an end to all former thoughts regarding the principle respected steadfastly at least by Europe. It is the question of integrity and inviolability of mononational states borders. If you trace back the history you will notice this is not the only example in European history regarding separation of the state and the constituent. Dozens of independent states appeared on the map of Europe after the end of the First World War that put an end to the existence of remaining feudal empires (Russian [1], Austro-Hungarian, German and Turkish Ottoman). Collapse of USSR as well of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia put an end to the existence of the last empires generation. There are rarely good choices devoid of negative consequences; the independence was obtained in the result either of...

WHO EXPECTS A (NEW) WAR AGAINST MUSLIMS
february 9 2006 - 18:39 (ro.altermedia.info)

Без описания“Somebody” adds fuel to the fire against cartoons depicting caricatures of the Prophet Mohammad, sends poisonous SMS messages, and uses the newspapers for the purpose of preparing us morally for the next war. Who might he be? ... Sunday evening, a number of Romanian TV channels (mafia Vantu and Luca, “Realitatea TV channel” maintaining their first-place ranking in that category) broadcasted the following message: “to protest against a published series of caricatures of the prophet Mohammad in Newspapers across Europe, The Arab European League reacted to the Mohammad cartoons by displaying some bigotry of their own in the form of an anti-Semitic cartoon”. It was curiosity that made us visit Arab European League (AEL) site offering the following text with a caricature below: We do believe in Freedom of speech but we think that respecting sensitivities and being constructive is also an added value to a democratic society. We are against laws oppressing any form of expression no matter how appalling it is. Nevertheless, we condemn the selective indignation of Europe’s intellectual elite and population. When anti-Muslim stances are made or published this is perceived as freedom of speech and cheered and supported. In our cartoon campaign we do not endorse any anti-Semitic or Holocaust stands. All we are trying to do is...

ROMANIANS ARE MORE REALISTIC ABOUT EUROPEAN INTEGRATION according to latest Eurobarometer
january 31 2006 - 14:41 (www.infoeuropa.ro )

Nu UE!Euro-optimism is diminishing and Euro-indifference is increasing, according to the latest Eurobarometer presented today by the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania. Romanian citizens’ trust in the EU has decreased to 64%, as compared to 74% in autumn 2004 and 68% in spring 2005. At the same time, no increase in euro-skepticism is registered, but rather in euro-indifference, a trend which is present in the EU, too. „This report shows that Romanians are more and more like other Europeans, although, in many respects, they tend to believe in the European project to a higher degree . This is a natural process of getting closer to Europe, not only chronologically, but also mentally”, stated Mr. Jonathan Scheele, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Romania. Agriculture, higher taxes and growing drug addiction are the three main concerns which Romanians express in connection with the process of European integration. Economic situation, growing prices and unemployment are seen by Romanians as the main problems of the country, with no connection to European integration. The average Romanian expects European Union to fight poverty and unemployment through its policies.  A comparison of the last three Eurobarometer surveys indicates that there are several areas in which Romanians’...

WIRELESS WORLD: SPY CHIPS INVADING PRIVACY?
october 17 2005 - 11:58 (ro.altermedia.info)

spychipA new controversial book reports that surveillance microchips on ships or trailer are sophisticated enough for monitoring of any consumer movement. Experts told UPI's Wireless World that radio frequency identification technology mentioned as a potential privacy-invading technology by Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., during last month's confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, is emerging as a political and legal issue, not just a technological one.   The new book, “Spychips: How Major Corporations and the Government Plan to Track Your Every Move with RFID” (Nelson Current, October 2005), is written by Katherine Albrecht and Liz McIntyre, privacy advocates who have been investigating the impact of RFID technology. ”Police will be able to track your every move when you drive," McIntyre told Wireless World.McIntyre's book claims RFID chips -- which emit a signal and can be tracked by special reader, they are the «ultimate Big Brother”.   That a major technology company is developing a "person tracking unit" that can scan RFID tags on the clothing of individuals as they travel on the train or through the shopping mall. The book also states another firm, a mobile-phone developer, is putting together a phone that can scan people as they walk...

US CENSORSHIP OF INTERNET: AOL CENSORS A NET OF WEBSITES
october 12 2005 - 18:20 (ro.altermedia.info)

Alex Jones Time Warner's ISP (AOL), Road Runner, blocked, starting October 5th, access to all of Alex Jones' flagship websites across the entire.   Austin Time Warner had previously shut down access to Infowars.com, PrisonPlanet.com or Prison Planet.tv on a whim, claiming they were 'hate material' but in all cases had quickly restored them after receiving complaints.   The last attempt to shut them down came shortly after the London Bombings, July 2005, which saw the traffic of sites go through the roof after releasing a plethora of articles exposing government involvement. The consequence of this is that Prison Planet.com alone on some days gets more hits than the Britney Spears website or Rush Limbaugh.   Previously websites holders has reported that UK ISPs like Tiscali were blocking their subscribers from accessing the website after the 7/7 bombings.   However, this latest “attack on free speech”, as says Alex Jones, is occurring nationwide, with Time Warner subscribers from New York to California reporting that their access to the websites is being blocked.   “This is part of a growing trend of authoritarian censorship of the Internet in preparation for the emergence of Internet 2, where only...

RICE: FORCE NECESSARY FOR DEMOCRACY
october 11 2005 - 16:12 (ro.altermedia.info)

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has defended the use of military force to advance the cause of democracy and liberty as “the only guarantee of true stability and lasting security”, reports Al Jazeera.   “In a world where evil is still very real, democratic principles must also be backed with power in all its forms: Political and economic, cultural and moral, and yes, sometimes military," Rice said on Friday, in a speech at Princeton University in the northeastern state of New Jersey.   Alluding to countries such as Germany and France that opposed the US-led invasion of Iraq, Rice said: “Any champion of democracy who promotes principles without power can make no real difference in the lives of oppressed people”.   Appointed as the top US diplomat by President George Bush after his 2004 re-election, Rice sought to justify US military action as part of an effort to promote democracy in the Middle East and defuse terror threats.   Oppression and despair   “If you believe, as I do and as President Bush does, that the root cause of September 11 was the violent expression of a global extremist ideology, an ideology rooted in the oppression and despair of the modern Middle East, then we must seek to remove the very source of this terror by transforming that total region,” she said.   While popular support for the US presence in Iraq is deteriorating and some...

INFANTILE DEPENDENCE
september 2 2005 - 14:39 (Взгляд.ru)

Russia dies out: on disappearance of Russia from the world demographic map, it is required less than 100 years. About demographic development reduction in Russia, demographers beat the alarm for more than ten years. Taking into account the last interview of population by the sociologists, things will not change to the best. Only 5 % of Russians wish to have families with many children. Meanwhile, to stable the statistics up to the present situation, each Russian woman should in her life give birth to more than two children. Process of Russia’ depopulation (mortality rate excesses birth rate) started in 1992. In 1991 the population birth-rate has fallen from one and a half millions comparing with previous year (1990) to almost 162 thousand. And starting 1992 birth rate index began to be surpassed by the mortality rate index. Each family must have 2,5 children As show sociological survey from June, the process continues. For today According to the Levada-Centre 96% of adult Russians easily could answer the question, how many children should have an ideal family. Only the answers are not of what expected sociologists.  So, 6 % consider that there should be only one child in the family, 50 % - two children, 31 % - three, 4 % - four, 5 % - five or more. If these opinions to average in view of their prevalence the average of children on "ideal" family will make 2,53. Taking into account...

august 20 2005 - 20:40 (MOLDOVA AZI)

The Romanian journalist, Cosmin Popa stated in “Adevarul” newspaper that immediately after the Yushchenko’ plan has been detoured by Voronin into a direction favorable to the idea of Moldovan unitary state, the representatives from Kiev are not any longer enthusiastic to enlarge the negotiation format and to transfer the border control (Transnistria sector) to a team that will include representatives from Moldova, Ukraine...

The "Quiet War" Against Humanity
august 11 2005 - 18:11 ( http://www.savethemales.ca/000504.html )

The truth is at once simpler and more incredible than anyone could conceive. A satanic cult headquartered in the City of London holds mankind in bondage. They worship Lucifer and are determined to redefine reality and rule the planet. If you owned an unseemly proportion of the world's wealth, would you share it with the ignorant masses? Wouldn't you teach that God is dead, and Truth and Justice are purely subjective? Wouldn't you try to show that man is nothing but an animal fit to domesticate or destroy? Satanism has infiltrated Freemasonry and many other religions, institutions and groups. Secret Satanists control the levers of power: credit, mass media, education, government and the church. They appear as Liberals, Socialists, Conservatives, Zionists, Nazis and Communists etc. Many pay lip service to Christianity to deceive us. This cult is gradually corrupting, dehumanizing and conditioning us to accept a police state (New World Order). They lull and distract while they eliminate our freedoms and prepare for repression, using "terrorism" as a phony pretext. In a 1961 lecture, Aldous Huxley described this police state as "the final revolution": a "dictatorship without tears" where people "love their servitude." The goal is to produce " a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away ... but ... will be distracted from any desire to rebel by...

BOSNIA AND THE ISLAM JIHAD IN EUROPE
august 5 2005 - 18:28 (ro.altermedia.info)

While the mainstream press and standard literature about al-Qaeda describe the activities of the terrorists on all other continents at length, the Jihadists' European deployment area has been largely ignored. JihadIn particular in the Bosnian civil war, several thousand Muslims from Arabic countries and Iran fought alongside their Muslim brethren against the Christians, i.e. Croats and Serbs. As in the 80s in Afghanistan, the US Administration did a deal with the devil: in violation of the UNarms embargo, Washington supplied the holy warriors with sophisticated weaponry. Five of the hijackers that took part in 9/11 attacks are Bosnian veterans who dod their Islamic tour of duty fighting Jihad against the Christians. Jürgen Elsässer’s book, How Jihad came into Europe: Holy Warriors and Secret Services on the Balkans, is the latest look at the al-Qaeda in the Balkans and the secret network of CIA spies in bed with Jihadists. That Bosnian Muslims are neck-deep implicated in the world wide terror web is well documented by the author but the most stunning claim that Elsässer makes is that some of the 9/11 hijackers might have been on the CIA payroll while doing their bloody stint in Bosnia. Jürgen Elsässer is a German author with an extensive book collection...

Putin versus Russia: the main impacts (II)
july 21 2005 - 14:21 (Public Center for Monitoring and Strategic Analysis)

V. PutinEpizode III            Putin has not brought changes See first part... The new head of the state (confirmed in the function by elections in March, 2000) was seen by the majority of Russian, as the person, which has come to save the country and people from “democratization” disaster, from poverty, from abusing functionaries and politicians, from debauchery of the organized crime, from humiliation which Russia has undergone on international stage. In opinion of majority of the Russian citizens, Putin is considered the one with whom revival of Russia will begin. However it has not happened. After five years of ruling of the country, Vladimir Putin did not meet people’ expectations. It may be assert with highest confidence that within these five years in Russia the degradation initiated by president Yeltsin continued.  The Russian Federation continues to remain one of the most corrupted states in the world. Functionaries represent the force which can dictate destiny of various segments of the society, starting with socially vulnerable citizens and finalizing with the economic agents. Even the Russian president himself on a plenum of legislature has declared that the state bodies taunt people and deride harshly with jeers...

NEARLY 40.000 IRAQIS DIED STARTING MARCH 2003
july 21 2005 - 14:04 (ro.altermedia.info)

“The war fighting terrorism continues, by one hand, we have here people that make efforts to reduce poverty, the proportion of AIDS plague and for environment protection, on the other hand, you have some guys that kill innocent people.” (G. W. Bush, while at G8 conference) About 39.000 Iraqis died in the violence that burst out in the country starting American intervention  in March 2003, according to a survey of Institute University of High International Research from Switzerland, informs French-speaking radio Radio-Canada. This new estimation, much more severe than the previous one, has been made public in the framework of a press-conference of UN organization. It brings into discussion the research issued last October in the British medical magazine, The Lancet, estimating to 100.000 the number of deceased from Iraq after March 2003, taking into account all the motives. This number has been rejected by the British government. Institute University of High International Research from Switzerland explained that its evaluation is based on reexamination of the numbers collected by The Lancet, as well on a new classification of reasons of decease. Differently saying, the balance reflects the number of victims as result of the armed violence. At the moment there is no official estimation of Iraqi casualties (losses). American army hold only evidence of own victims, that reach now 1937 militaries. The Site Iraq Body Count counts...

Putin versus Russia: the main impacts
july 15 2005 - 13:43 (Public Center for Monitoring and Strategic Analysis)

V. PutinIn September 1999, when pockets of Islamic Chechen terrorists and their foreign acolytes have attacked the Caucasian republic Dagestan, Russia has been thrown in fight and one step away of catastrophe. Prime minister in service, Stepasin, having appointed the cabinet, has declared that “the situation is so complex that we can lose not only Dagestan, but also all Caucasus”. Shortly, after that, the majority of mainstream TV was broadcasting repeatedly these words of head of the Russian government. Then Stepasin's resignation has followed, and the president of the Russian Federation, Yeltsin has appointed as head of the government, the chief of Federal Security Service, Vladimir Putin. But later, in seven months, in March, 2000, prime minister Putin, after vote expressed by all people, become the president of the Russian Federation. Episode I     Period of 90th  Events, taking place in Russia of ' 90th, have led population into full disappointment of the difficult process of transformations that begun still during Soviet time. Set of basic factors, leading to occurrence of similar situation, have been defined, but, subsequently, we present only the most significant. Russia lost the status of world super-power. By reckless actions of ruling...
